Several options exist on cost of training, either by the hour, by the session, by the person or a combination of these options. There are pros and cons of each and will be discussed during consultation.
We use a variety of formats for delivery of training without limitations. Examples include: your business location, hotel, zoom, or a location of your choice.
Training can be 15 minutes up to several months. Our goal is to achieve your goals, and we work together to establish the expected time frame to meet your expected outcome.
Since our training is customized to our customers objectives and desired outcomes, training setup generally takes two weeks of preparation time. The complexity of training drives the setup time, and depending on schedules, we are able accelerate setup when the situation requires.
There are a variety of payment formats depending on the training to be delivered. Typical payment includes an upfront payment for the setup and development, and a payment at the conclusion of the training. We accept all modern formats of payment.
We use a variety of metrics to measure the outcome of training with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. The key is that we establish this criteria up front during setup, so that expectations are reasonable and achievable.
